(Areopoli, Mani)This place was a lucky find – My son has the best restaurant picker in the family and he scored again. We came in on a rainy spring day and the place was packed with locals eating well! The vibe is comfortable and family run – the food was delicious! We had lamb with artichokes that were baked to perfection, the classic Mani dish Tsouchti (spaghetti with hot oil or butter drizzled over Mizithra cheese and topped with a fried egg – the ultimate comfort food), greens and pork covered in tomato sauce and served with homemade hilopitas. (Recommended Dishes: Ask what their special is,roasted lamb, Tsouchti, greens)
